NOTESNO. 18
Clarity Solves 80% of Problem
When a team keeps asking what the priority is, the problem is clarity, not effort.
When your team keeps asking,
"What's the priority?"
"What do we do first?"
"What's more important?"
It's not a them problem.
It's a clarity problem.
Most businesses don't slow down because of lack of effort,
they slow down because everyone is running in different directions.
Here's the uncomfortable truth:
If everything is important,
nothing gets finished.
Every business owner should be able to answer three questions:
- What are the top 3 priorities right now?
- What does success look like?
- What gets pushed aside until those are done?
When the team knows the answers,
execution speeds up.
Stress goes down.
And progress finally looks like progress.
Clarity is free.
But the cost of not having it is massive.
