NOTESNO. 40
What leadership really changed for me
The leaders who make the biggest impact are not the loudest or fastest but the clearest.
I used to think leadership meant having answers.
Experience corrected that assumption quickly.
The leaders who make the biggest impact aren't the loudest or fastest.
They're the clearest.
Clear priorities.
Clear decision paths.
Clear expectations.
Across transformations, I've seen capable teams stall not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked clarity.
They were waiting for permission they didn't know they needed.
Leadership isn't about control.
It's about creating enough clarity that people can move without asking.
That shift changes everything.
What changed most for you as your role evolved?
