NOTESNO. 25
Indecision Is Expensive
You do not need perfect decisions, you need timely ones, because every delay is a hidden cost.
Most business owners don't realize how expensive indecision is.
A delayed decision slows the team.
Slows the project.
Slows the customer.
Slows the money.
Every "let's wait and see" becomes a hidden cost your profit absorbs.
Here's the pattern I see over and over:
- A project stalls
- People stop moving
- The team gets discouraged
- Everything takes twice as long
And it all goes back to one thing:
No one made a clear decision early enough.
You don't need perfect decisions.
You need timely ones.
Even a wrong decision is better than no decision, because at least it gives the team direction.
If you want momentum, decide faster.
